Providing our services within quality management system is considered as our highest priority. We continuously audit our quality aspects with our internal auditors and plan necessary steps for a better functioning structure according to the audit reports. After receiving our Quality Management Certificate in 2002 for the first time, we renewed our certificate following two successful surveillance audits.

All in-house trainings in our training plan, presentations to customers, legislation trainings etc. are held in our Information and Education Center. We may also organize common trainings for groups with different requirements.

Our customs clearance operations are carried out within the laws, legislation, regulation and other legal aspects and amendments made to those from the date they are published and entered into force.

Our employees know the importance of the customer; they give fast, legal and reliable updated service in all phases of customs clearance process for full satisfaction of our customers.

They collaborate with our suppliers for the benefit of our customers and employees. In order to create a continuous development for Guler & Dinamik, we invest to our employees, who are seen as the most valuable source of our company, they are continuously supported with in-house trainings and social activities.

Technological innovations, scientific and administrative improvements are continuously followed; we create opportunities for our customers and employees to benefit from these innovations.

We determine the training needs of our employees, renew and advance their current information, we enable them to follow the innovations and amendments in sector, we help them gain qualifications required by their job descriptions and increase their professional productivity and contribute to their personal developments with the trainings planned within regular training programs.
