Our Human Resource vision is to have a manpower, who believes in quality, aims to develop himself and his business and who is open-minded to innovations and changes.

Department for Directorate of Management Systems affiliated to the Human Resources and Directorate of Support Services has been established  within our structure for the purpose that our company offers customer-oriented services  by providing that our company keeps at the highest level the quality standards of our company giving the services in accordance with the terms of Integrated Management Systems.  

So that we could carry the motivation of our employees suited for our vision to the higher level, arranging the social rights, planning and putting into practice of the motivation activities, scaling the performance ratings and executing career plans are continuous follow-up.
