It is a system structure developed to analyze the complexity of the job process and to analyze and control all various steps from the minutes level to the days depending on the duration of the subsequent job. Guler & Dinamik follows up all the clearance process of the job orders received from the customers through Work Flow System. Thus, the retrospective analyses are carried out, the processes causing failures and mistakes are determined and solutions are found for a smoother operating environment.
SMS (Customs Transactions Short Message Information) System
Guler & Dinamik follows up the customs clearances carried out during the day through the Work Follow-Up module and the customer representatives working at the relevant departments organize their duties through the module and input the final situation of the clearance process into the module. When goods are cleared, the customer is informed by SMS with “Transaction completed” message indicating that the customs clearances are finalized.
